Refund Policy

30-Night Risk-Free Trial

We want you to love your Dreamé pillow. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 30 nights (30 days) of delivery.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at support@dreamesleep.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions if a return is required.

Condition of Returns

Please return items in their original packaging where possible.

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

1-Year Warranty

Dreamé pillows are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us if your pillow develops a defect within 12 months of purchase.

Exceptions

Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible under this policy.
